Let’s focus on rotation today. It is one of the essential spinal movements and we use it daily: reaching into a cupboard, turning to look behind you, or simply getting in and out of bed. Unfortunately, this function often declines with age, which is why it’s so important to include rotational exercises in your workouts.
When performed safely, rotational movements can:
• Create more space in the body
• Strengthen deep core muscles and fascia
• Improve posture and overall mobility
